Refund policy

Goods purchased in the internet store "www.latvijassveces.lv", in accordance with Clause 19 of the Rules of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the consumer can use the right of refusal and make a return within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods.

The product must be returned to the store "Latvijas Sveces" in 14 days from the time of purchase, maskavas street 4, Riga.

A payment will be returned within 14 days after receipt of the item.

• The name of the product;
• Reason for return.

Please make sure of these things:

• The product must be in the original packaging, intact;
• The product must be unused (unso n.e.c., free of scratches, dirt, etc.);
• The item must be in the same sales package as it receives.
